Congratulations on your new gear! We want you to feel confident on your purchase - read below for your full warranty guide, and register your product below.

Warranty Policy

Any product not purchased by a USA authorized dealer is not covered by the USA Warranty.  You must contact your original point of purchase. For all warranty claims it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all freight to and from W Music Distribution USA Inc.

To be eligible for warranty all products must be registered. To register please visit https://www.wmusicdistributionusa.com/warranty . IMPORTANT: PLEASE RETAIN YOUR ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT, AS IT IS YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE VALIDATING THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Parts and Accessories – 1 Year Limited Warranty

W Music Distribution USA, Inc, warrants that all parts and accessories shall be free of any defects in performance and workmanship if used under normal operating conditions for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, except that light bulbs and rechargeable batteries are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. This warranty shall apply only to the original purchaser.

RockBoards pedal boards (includes board and cases) carry a one (1) year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, nor incidental or consequential damage to persons or property caused by use, abuse, misuse, or improper storage or transport of the unit. This warranty shall not apply to any goods that have been altered or modified

Instruments:

Any instrument not purchased by a USA authorized dealer is not covered by the USA Warranty. You must contact your original point of purchase.

Framus & Warwick Instruments, Sadowsky Instruments -4-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

W Music Distribution warrants all instruments to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for four (4) years from the date of original purchase, subject to limitations set forth herein (“Limited Warranty”). This Limited Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser when this instrument is purchased from an Authorized W Music Distribution USA, Inc. Dealer and is subject to the limitations set forth herein. Framus & Warwick further warrants solely to the original purchaser that all Framus & Warwick pickups and electronic systems shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials and shall function for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

W MUSIC DISTRIBUTION USA, Inc. reserves the exclusive right to make such determination of misuse, modification, or neglect based on inspection by W MUSIC DISTRIBUTION USA, INC.; to asserted defects involving subjective personal likes or judgments, including subjective opinions regarding tonal characteristics of the instrument or grain characteristics or colors of woods.

In addition, W MUSIC DISTRIBUTION USA, INC. USA, INC. reserves the right to modify, refine, or improve its instruments, parts, and pickup systems, including making mechanical and electrical refinements and wood species substitutions, without incurring any responsibility to modify, exchange, replace or repair any parts or products to meet prior specifications. This limited warranty does not cover circumstances beyond W MUSIC DISTRIBUTION USA, INC. USA, INC.’s control.

This warranty does NOT cover the following:

  1. Any instrument that was not purchased from an USA authorized W Music Distribution USA, Inc. dealer.

  2. Any instrument that has been modified or customized after shipment from W Music Distribution USA, Inc.

  3. Any instrument that has been serviced by unauthorized persons.

  4. Any instrument whose serial number is missing or has been altered in any way.

  5. Any instrument that has been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accident.

  6. Any instrument that has been subjected to extreme humidity or temperature conditions.

  7. Normal wear and tear on any serviceable part of the instrument, including electronic controls and switches, jacks, worn frets, plated surfaces, tuning machines, scratches in pick guards or plastic parts, saddles, and nuts; normal paint wear and tear including damages, discoloration, and paint shrinkage of the instrument finish for any reason.

  8.  Normal wear and tear on any part of the case or gig bag including, zippers, clasps, handles, latches, case hardware etc.

  9. Defects in finishes such as cracks, splitting, or warping of wood due to changes in temperature or humidity, exposure to sun, fire, moisture, body salts and acids, other chemicals, or non-industry approved polishes.

  10. Regular maintenance of the instrument, including string changes, truss rod adjustments, set-up, intonation, and action adjustment.

  11. Subjective issues such as tonal characteristics, grade, grain or color of wood or finish, or relative weight.

  12. Freight charges to Framus & Warwick for warranty repairs.

  13. Shipping damages of any kind.

Claim Procedure:

If your instrument is still within the return policy of the Authorized Dealer in which it was purchased, you must facilitate the warranty repair through the Dealer.

Contact W Music Distribution , Inc via email at help@wusamusic.com to start your claim. In the email, please provide a description of your issue along with serial number, and proof of purchase (copy of sales receipt).

You will be given instructions via email on how to return your instrument for warranty service.

No product will be received for warranty work without prior authorization.

W MUSIC DISTRIBUTION USA, INC. USA, INC. shall review the description of the asserted defect, examine the instrument, and make service, repairs, and replacements as appropriate under this Limited Warranty. Upon completion of the service, the instrument shall be returned by W MUSIC DISTRIBUTION USA, INC. USA, INC. to the original purchaser. In the event it is determined that the asserted defect is not covered by or is excluded from this Limited Warranty, the instrument shall be returned without repairs or replacement, shipping, permits and insurance to be paid by the purchaser.
